Bronze £1000 We visit you and your organisation. Assess your business, governance and organisational model to:

- make suggestions for new funding streams and ways of operating
- propose leadership plan.
Silver £2,500 We do everything in Bronze but also deliver:
- a plan for sustainable growth and financial re-modelling
- ideas for long-term reshaping
- techniques for sharing these plans with stakeholders
- coaching and mentoring.
Gold £9,000 We do everything in Bronze and Silver but are also available to support you for twelve months. We will be available to:
- help you complete fundraising applications or approaches
- motivate your stakeholders in the change process
- ensure you become a leader who survives and thrives
- enable you to reshape your work, your organisation and your creativity
- provide interim management for a year of change.
